Privacy notice

This website, munduscode.net, is published by Mundus Code CH (Lugano) and Mundus Code UK Ltd (London). It is a static site: it does not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels, and it does not profile visitors.

What we process

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, kept for a limited time. If you write to us at info@munduscode.net or book a call, we process the details you give us (name, email, company, your message) to answer you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data to answer your request and to perform a contract with you (Swiss nLPD, UK GDPR, EU GDPR where applicable). We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by law, then delete it.

Third parties

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Our hosting is in Europe. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing, by writing to info@munduscode.net. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
